Vintage 1.68ct fancy diamond daisy ring with white diamond surround, 90s/2000s

If you want a ring that no one else will ever have, that is unique and inimitable, and you are looking for an elegant and refined ring, that will literally make your heart skip a beat as soon as you put it on your finger, then you absolutely cannot miss this one... 

This little masterpiece was created following the daisy design, with a larger central stone and a border of smaller stones.
The reference to this genre ends here, however, since everything else is anything but classic or already known and seen: in the center we find a stone that can only make your heart beat wildly, a fancy light brown diamond, with a modified heart cut and weighing a whopping 1.68 ct!

In gemology and the jewelry world, when a diamond has the general shape of a heart but lacks the upper recess (technically called carving, notch o cleft), is not considered a “classic heart cut”, but rather a modified variant: we can therefore define it as “modified heart without carving", being the basic structure of the heart but without the central indentation; another way to understand its shape is to define it as a "grounded eye/expanded drop”, and this is because without the central indentation the two arches merge into a single soft, prominent curve, the stone looks very much like a drop (pear cut) particularly wide and rounded at the top.
The result is a stone with a stylized and softened heart-shaped silhouette, where the upper arches merge into a single soft and continuous line without the classic central cut, making it truly impossible not to notice, so full and beautiful!

Surrounding it, in a delicate and understated way, is a ring of smaller, brilliant-cut white diamonds, creating a crown of light, contrasting with the beautiful and captivating color of the central diamond. 

The ring comes with a gemological certificate, which can be seen in the last photo and which will be received with the ring.
