Vintage 18K yellow gold ceramic and enamel earrings, 80s

Each of these earrings has been decorated with a round ceramic, covered on the front with white and red enamels; these colors have been used in such a way as to design a flag with a white background and a red cross. 
To hold the ceramics we find an 18K yellow gold frame.
