Vintage 18K Yellow Gold Lapis Lazuli Earrings, 60s

A very elegant pair of vintage earrings, made in the 60s and with an oval shape and rather large dimensions.
Each one is decorated with an oval cabochon-cut lapis lazuli, therefore characterized by the classic midnight blue and golden splinters, sets of colors that make them look like an evening sky full of bright stars. 
To hold the stones we find a frame in 18K yellow gold and with a rather thick edge.
The closure is clip, which allows the earrings to be worn comfortably by anyone.
