Solitaire rings are not only among the most iconic and classic jewels that have ever existed, but also among the most versatile, perfect for anyone's hand and for any occasion, whether as a gift for a special someone, as an engagement ring, or as a treat for yourself.
Crafted in the 10s and 20s, this ring features a very simple design and, like all solitaire rings, is composed of just two elements: the setting and the stone. The setting is a delicate yellow gold band, with two shoulders that taper slightly toward the center, reminiscent of two petals. This is where the ring's centerpiece, an old-mine cut diamond estimated at approximately 0.20ct, is located. This perfect carat weight is ideal for those seeking something understated yet impactful. The white gold bezel setting is perfectly designed to hold it securely but also to highlight it. 
The entire setting is in 14K gold.

Inside the ring, on the back of the shoulders, some letters are engraved on one side, probably a name, and on the other side a year, 1916.
