Vintage 8K gold chromodiopside and diamond necklace, 80s

This necklace is made up of two elements, which are in total harmony with each other.
The first is the chain, entirely in 8K yellow gold, and made with a sequence of three smaller rings linked to a larger one, a sequence that is repeated along the entire length of the necklace; and this design manages to create a great sense of softness and elegance to the chain. 
In the center we find a beautiful pendant, modeled in the shape of a flower with green petals and arranged as follows: above and below we find a single and larger petal, while on the sides a composition of three smaller ones. 
The petals are all teardrop-cut chromodiopsids, held by a setting in 8K yellow gold and not at all trivial or essential, which follows the lively trend of the stones. 
At the center of this composition are three huit-huit cut diamonds, arranged in a vertical row and giving a perfect touch of light. 
The whole thing seems like a real ode to nature.
