Vintage earrings in 18K gold, silver, harlequin opals and diamonds (total approx.1.20ct), 50s
Tonight I propose a pair of vintage earrings, dating back to the 50s, truly exceptional: each one is in fact decorated with a wonderful harlequin opal. And I would have said everything already.
This stone contains a unique charm and beauty, thanks to the play of light and bright colors that are created inside; you can look at these stones indefinitely, but you will always be able to find different shades.
The opals in these earrings are Australian harlequin opals; each is surrounded by an outline of old mine cut diamonds, totaling approximately 1.20ct (approx. 0.6ct each).
The setting of the earrings is entirely in 18K gold and silver.
The closure of the earrings is a clip without a needle, but this can be added.
