Vintage 8K Gold Patch Ring with Amethyst (approx. 1.10ct) and Peridots (approx. 1.50ctw), 70s

In this ring there is, without any shadow of a doubt, the strangest, most particular and most unexpected combination of stones, which however has given life to a truly noteworthy ring; and this not only for the choice of stones, but also for the way they were arranged and for the final result. 
The ring is in fact a patch ring, which means that it is characterized by a round and rather large (and in this case I would add "very" large) shape. 
Returning to the stones that decorate it, in the center we find a round cut amethyst estimated at approx. 1.10ct, surrounded by an infinite expanse of green peridots all round cut, reaching an estimated total of approx. 1.50ct. 
The frame that holds all this decorative complex is entirely in 8K yellow gold, and is absolutely to be admired by looking at the back of the ring.
The contrast between the colors of the two stones and the importance of the whole decoration allow for a ring that cannot in any way go unnoticed.
