Antique 18K gold solitaire with old European cut diamond (approx. 0.90ct), 30s/40s

This solitaire, made between the 30s and 40s, is the representation of how simplicity can give life to a stupendous jewel, full of beauty and splendour. 

The solitaire is, as we all know, one of the great classics of jewelery (if not THE GREAT CLASSIC), which everyone loves and sooner or later desires. 
Mainly known as a ring to give to a loved one, as a promise of love, it is actually a jewel that is suitable for any occasion or eventuality (without a doubt also as a self-regulator).
The only stone that decorates this type of ring is in fact to be considered not only as a symbol of love to be given to another person, but also as a symbol of love for oneself, as a wish of splendor and beauty for the times to come. .
And what better stone to symbolize this than a diamond?
The indestructible, most brilliant, luminous and precious stone par excellence that exists in the common imagination and in tradition. 

In our ring we find a beautiful old European cut diamond, estimated at approx. 0.90ct. and which thus touches the carat. 
As mentioned, what distinguishes this ring is its simplicity: the diamond is in fact inserted inside a white gold bezel, which covers a very small part of the surface with a thin border.
The whole lower part of the bezel is also open in various points with geometric designs, which allows you to have a greater view of the diamond, which can thus be fully appreciated. 
The stem is quite thick throughout its circumference, even if it tapers towards the back.
The whole ring is in 18K gold.
