Vintage cocktail ring in 18K gold with smoky quartz, 50s / 60s
This vintage ring is a beautiful example of a cocktail ring, therefore mainly characterized by a very particular and large central stone.
Although cocktail rings can be decorated with more than one stone, in this case we find only one; this and the frame that holds it still manage to create a wonderful and important jewel.
In the center we find a smoky quartz and round cut, held by a setting entirely in 18K yellow gold.
To hold the stone we notice four claws, clearly visible but at the same time not intrusive on the front, so that the stone can maintain its predominance.
The back of the frame is instead important and made to be noticed in the most absolute way: in fact we find a network of lines that intertwine with each other, creating various geometric shapes and also made with different textures.
The final result obtained with this ring is certainly remarkable.
