Vintage 18K gold men's ring with central ruby ​​and diamonds, 60s

This vintage ring was born as a men's and little finger ring: in the center it is decorated with a beautiful and important cabochon-cut ruby, of an intense red and with some lighter and darker internal veins.
All the rest of the head and all shoulders are studded with brilliant cut diamonds.
Starting from the shoulders, these are decorated with an intricate grid in which ten diamonds are set on each side; on the four sides of the ruby, on the other hand, we find the four claws that lengthen until they themselves become part of the ring's decoration, with four diamonds each; finally, the top and bottom are adorned with a thick row of three diamonds. The diamonds in this ring are therefore 42 in total.
The element that closes the description of this ring is the incredible workmanship that we find on the back of the ring: fretwork with a series of geometric shapes different from each other, like an abstract painting, it reveals the ruby, bright and magnificent.
The ring is from the 60s and the part. inoro is entirely made of 18K gold; born from a man but obviously it can also be worn by a woman.
