18K gold ring with emerald and diamonds (0.40ctw approx.), 80s
This ring from the 80s is characterized by a moving frame and stem: as you can see, it is not a ring with the usual perfectly round and straight stem, but rather has a waving, sinuous and wavy stem, which makes this ring special.
In the center, the ring is decorated with an emerald of the same name, which is inserted in a bezel that recalls all 8 sides, and slightly protruding.
The emerald is flanked on both sides by two brilliant-cut diamonds, which are located inside the shoulders, in which a space has therefore been cut out to insert them; in this way we have the four diamonds which are completely free and fully visible.
The diamonds are for a total of approx. 0.40ct, and the setting is entirely made of 18K yellow gold.
