14K white gold ring with diamonds and pink sapphires, 80s

This important ring dates back to the 80s, and is characterized by a very particular and complicated processing, which decorates the entire front surface.
The shape of the ring may recall a little that of the shuttle rings, being that the shape is rather elongated, with a very rounded and animated outline.
In fact, we find a series of crescents, arranged in increasing rows, made of white gold and each decorated with 5 huit-huit cut diamonds; each half-length embraces a beautiful synthetic pink sapphire, for a total of nine.
The shoulders are divided into three, and the back of the head has fretwork workings that recall the front decoration.
The frame is made entirely of 14K white gold.
