This variant is decorated with a central, treated, emerald-cut ruby ​​of 2.23 ct; also in this case the stone is held by four prongs in 18K yellow gold; on each side we have a triangular setting, decorated with two brilliant cut diamonds, for a total of 0.15ct. The frame and stem are in 18K white gold.
