In this ancient ring we find a rather peculiar representation of the "Toi et Moi" model, one of the rings symbols of love, affection and union.
The two stones representing the concept of "You and me" are in fact placed one above the other, perfectly parallel, and not obliquely, like the models we are used to: in this case we have two beautiful old-cut diamonds, placed in rather important and thick settings, which in any case leave the stone free to see, even on the back.
The shoulders are embellished with two leaves, each decorated with a rosette-cut diamond.
The setting is made of 18K yellow gold, while the part that holds the diamonds is in silver.
The ring dates back to the early decades of the twentieth century, and more precisely to the '10s /' 20s, and carries with it a hint of Art Nouveau style.
