Vintage 18K gold ring with diamonds and ruby, dating back to the 70s.
This ring is decorated with a central ruby, flanked on each side by three diamond rosettes; the stones are supported by an engraved oval frame, the larger central one to make the ruby stand out more. The decoration is completed by the openwork of the shoulders of the ring.
