Vintage 18K gold ring with sapphire (approx.1ct) and diamonds (approx.1.50ctw), 60s / 70s
The shape that has been given to this ring is very reminiscent of that of a wide open eye.
Acting as a pupil, and therefore in the center, we find a sapphire with an incredible color; it is oval cut and estimated at approx 1ct.
The rest of the surface is therefore beautifully large and wide, and is entirely covered with a pavé of brilliant-cut diamonds: directly set in the eye, they create an effect of wonderful lights and brilliance, definitely dazzling.
They are all brilliant cut and for an estimated total of 1.50ct approx.
This whole central section has been inserted in a slightly hollow area with respect to the rest of the ring, thus giving it some depth and dividing it from the rest of the ring with a slightly marked outline.
The ring is vintage, dating back to the 60s / 70s and is entirely in 18K yellow gold.
