Vintage 14K white gold ring with opal (approx.5ct) and diamonds (approx.0.64ctw), 70s
The ring is very reminiscent of the central pendant, being in fact decorated with the same stones, positioned in the same way.
In the center we have an opal, also cabochon cut and approx. 5ct .; the opal has been cut with a teardrop shape, and the movement is obviously followed by the outline of diamonds as well.
These are for the most part brilliant cut, but on one side we have a delightful "tail" created by the presence of four marquise cut diamonds, which not only recall the shape of the opal, but also create a fantastic and not at all asymmetry in the ring.
The setting is in 14K white gold and the ring dates back to the 70s.
