Vintage 14K gold ring with brilliant cut diamonds (0.35ctw approx.), 70s
This vintage ring, from the 70s, which I would call an interesting variant of a classic ring, certainly stands out for its shape.
The ring was built on a single setting, in the sense that it is formed by a single “piece” of 14K gold worked to be decorated with a row of diamonds; the latter are therefore not held by designer labels, but by beautiful round bezels which, precisely, give the particular shape to the ring.
Each bezel literally contains one diamond, for a total of seven; they are all brilliant cut and have an estimated total carat weight of approx. 0.35 ct.
As you can see, the softness and sweetness of the ring are visible both from the front, when you can see the diamonds well, and from the side, when you see the shape of the settings in detail.
The shoulders are also decorated with cuts, which create an element of detachment from the continuity of the frame.

The stone weights indicated in carats represent approximate weights, taken with the stones set, which can therefore vary slightly.
Given the age and the fact that they are handcrafted (and not mass-produced) jewels, our antique and vintage jewels are often not perfect and may show normal signs of surface wear and / or small imperfections, possibly present both on the parts in gold than on stones.
But this is exactly what makes each piece special and unique!
