Antique 14K gold pendant with old mine cut diamond, second half of the 800th century (1851-1900)

This ancient pendant dates back to the second half of the nineteenth century, and is characterized by a rounded and rounded shape, but above all it is extremely decorated.
In the center we find an insert that protrudes from the pendant, being built on several levels: an external waving outline embraces a gold disc, the interior of which has been engraved to accommodate a flower; in the latter the petals are wonderfully created and modeled, decorated with many small incisions that create a realistic effect; in the center we find a beautiful old mine cut diamond.
On the outside of the pendant the surface is smooth, while in the two upper corners we find a flower with a cascade of leaves; another flower decorates the tip of the pendant.
The presence of a carabiner allows the jewel to be secured to both thin and thick necklaces and chains; but it can be used with chains of more or less any size, since the carabiner can be opened by releasing the safety clip, and thus inserting the desired necklace.
The jewel is entirely made and modeled in 14K yellow gold, and as mentioned it is a rather ancient piece, dating back to a period between 1851 and 1900.
