Vintage 9K yellow gold solitaire with white imitation diamond stone, 1988

This splendid vintage solitaire is a jewel full of character and beauty, making it extremely desirable and irresistible. 
Its frame is entirely in 9K yellow gold, and has a domed shape, with therefore a thinner stem that expands at the front.
Here the space has been filled by a wonderful white stone imitating a diamond, made even more visible thanks to the way in which it was set: in fact, holding it we find six prongs that come directly from the ring, making the diamond look like a magical stone, hidden and suspended inside the ring. 
Another consequence of this characteristic is the way the diamond appears, that is, flush with the setting, just like in gypsy rings.
