- What payments do you accept?

As payment methods we accept credit card, Paypal (also with the option of 3-fold installment payment), Klarna and bank transfer

-How does the shipment take place? 

Once payment is received we will ship the next business day via DHL Express and will send you the tracking number as soon as available 

-How much is shipping? 

Shipping is free throughout Europe, if you reside in other countries please contact us to find out the price of shipping 

-What are the shipping times?

Once the item has been shipped to Italy it will arrive on average in 2 working days (in the islands the shipping could take longer), in Europe in 2/4 working days 

- Do you accept returns?

As per the law on the right of withdrawal, we accept returns up to 14 days after delivery 

- Are the watches working?

All the watches are in working order, the accuracy of them varies greatly according to the era, brand and movement.  

- Can the rings be made to measure?

Generally yes, all those with a smooth stem are easily adjustable while for all the others it is necessary to evaluate case by case. 

-It is possible to reserve an item?

No, under no circumstances is it possible to reserve/keep an item aside

-I would like a white gold jewelry but it is yellow gold

Yellow gold jewels can be subjected to a rhodium treatment that makes the gold surface white, it is a reversible and non-invasive process. 

- Do you buy antique or vintage items?
