Vintage 14K gold earrings with amethysts (approx.1ctw) and diamonds (approx.0.28ctw), 70s

This is a pair of vintage earrings, also dating back to the 70s.
Everything that was chosen, from the shape to the dimensions and up to the materials, was to obtain this extremely elegant and refined design.
The central stones, two oval-cut amethysts for a total of approx. 1ct, are surrounded by a contour divided into four sections: the two lateral ones are decorated with round frames, while the other two are formed by a fan divided into three; in all four parts we find huit-huit cut diamonds, for an estimated total of 0.28ct approx.
To close the decoration we find a nice contrast between white gold and yellow gold (both 14K), which we find alternated for all the earrings and perfectly selected for all its parts.
