18K white gold daisy ring with pink coral and diamonds, 60s
Today I'll show you this particular vintage daisy ring, dating back to the 60s.
The ring is first of all quite characteristic because, instead of finding the classic stones such as ruby, emerald or sapphire (or even a diamond) in the center, we have a pink coral and cabochon cut; the cut allows the coral to protrude a lot from the frame and therefore to stand out particularly.
Secondly, the outline that surrounds the coral is characterized by a setting that is very reminiscent of many small and delicate petals, in this case decorated with huit-huit cut diamonds.
The frame is made entirely of 18K white gold.
In general, the ring takes on a square shape, very elegant and with a wonderful contrast of colors.
