Vintage 18K gold ring with synthetic emerald and diamonds, 70s / 80s

In this delightful vintage ring we find as a central stone a beautiful synthetic and oval-cut emerald, characterized by one of the most beautiful, more I had and vibrant green that I have ever seen: on the surface we can see a very intense dark green, while deeper and in other points of the stone we find a lighter and brighter green. 
The stone is held by four jaws that start from a very elegant setting and that push it upwards; further down the emerald is in fact flanked on each side by three huit-huit cut diamonds, which are positioned in a vertical row. 
The whole ring is in 18K yellow gold.
