The ring you see is a wonderful example of a "Toi et Moi" ring which, in addition to being one of the most loved and sought after models, in this case is also an antique model, made in the early 900s; it is also rich in details, which we find scattered throughout the jewel!
The expression "Toi et Moi" (in Italian "You and I") refers to a ring with two stones placed next to each other (or at least close).
To represent the two protagonists (Toi et Moi), two diamonds were chosen, both old mine cuts and set in stupendous multi-prong settings which highlight them perfectly.
The two sides of the stem have been modeled in such a way as to create a movement that is very reminiscent of that of two waves, with one going upwards and one downwards, which overlook and thus encircle the two central stones, also ending with extremities slightly pointed; their entire front part was decorated with rosette cut diamonds. 
The diamonds are all held by silver while the rest of the shank is the back of the center setting is 18K yellow gold.
