Vintage 14K yellow gold daisy ring with sapphire (approx. 0.20ct) and brilliant cut diamonds (approx. 0.26ctw), 70s

This daisy ring is the perfect ring for anyone who is looking for a jewel to wear every day, and which becomes the accessory to never take off and to wear anytime and for any occasion. 
The dimensions of the ring are in fact contained, making it extremely comfortable and wearable.
In the center we have a stupendous round cut sapphire (not a usual choice, usually finding oval cut sapphires), estimated at approximately 0.20ct. and colored with an intense and absolutely magical midnight blue; the stone is held by just four claws which highlight it even more and push it slightly outwards.
The outline is made up of eight diamonds, all brilliant cut and for an estimated total of approximately 0.26ct. The attention to detail here can be perceived in the choice of diamonds of decreasing dimensions: the two positioned at the top and bottom are in fact larger, decreasing as we reach the two central ones on each side; the aesthetic result is truly pleasant, creating an elegant and graceful movement. 
The setting is entirely in 14K yellow gold, an extremely intense and bright yellow, so much so that it seems 24K; it is classic and essential, perfect for closing this jewel with elegance.
