Vintage 18K white gold daisy ring with diamonds (approx. 0.24ctw), 60s

This daisy ring is a more than successful mix between a flower and a snowflake, thus giving life to one of the most beautiful and extraordinary rings that we have come across in recent times. 
I am particularly fascinated by the simplicity that seems to characterize it, but which actually hides a complexity of materials but also of workmanship, and the result is that it is really very difficult to resist. 
As in all daisy rings, here too we find a larger central diamond, brilliant cut and estimated at approx. 0.12ct; however, the contour is very particular: first of all it must be said that the diamonds that make it up are not attached to the central one, but rather at a small distance; and this thanks to temples that connect to the mountings of the stones, some of which are shorter and others longer. In this way an alternation of diamonds will be created, some positioned closer to the center and others higher up; effect amplified by the fact that the diamonds closest to the central one are larger, while those further away are smaller. 
The final effect, as I said at the beginning, looks like a cross between a flower with many petals and a snowflake, and once worn it will be really impossible to take it off!
The setting is 18K white gold, and the diamonds total an estimated 0.24ct approx.
