Vintage 9K Gold Earrings with Amethysts, 70s/80s

These earrings have been made with an e shape, with the two particularly curved ends. 
Their entire length is decorated with a row of round cut amethysts, six for each earring, held by yellow gold claws which also become an integral part of the decoration. 
The whole frame is in 9K yellow gold.
