Vintage 14K White Gold Sapphire Pendant, 70s/80s

This pendant has been fashioned in the delightful shape of a heart: its setting is made entirely of 14K white gold, and the outer edge of the heart is decorated with light blue sapphires, all round cut. 
The stones here are held by rather high claws, which thus create a pleasant thickness that will be particularly appreciated once the jewel is worn.
