Vintage 18K yellow gold ring with rubies and diamonds, 60s
The frame, completely in 18K yellow gold, is in fact formed by a stem which curves slightly on the front and which embraces a stupendous decoration.
The latter is formed by a group of four leaves, two on each side and arranged not following a precise line but rather diagonally; each is decorated with a huit-huit cut diamond, and create a small cage for two round cut rubies, almost as if it were a floral arrangement.
