Antique earrings in 18K yellow gold and silver with citrine quartz (approx. 4ctw), early 900s

You will fall madly in love with this pair of antique earrings, made in the early 900s and with great attention to every detail! 
The protagonist stones absolutely stand out, the beautiful round-cut citrine quartz and an intense and deep orange, which seems to contain fire. They are inserted in a highly crafted silver setting: it is composed of various prongs that go all around the stone and hide a perforated outline to give life to countless fairy-tale floral designs. 
The closure is a latch, one of the most comfortable you can find, and in this case quite long, thus allowing the earrings to hang slightly; finally it is entirely in 18K yellow gold.
