Vintage 14K Yellow Gold Opal Harem Ring (approx. 1.50ctw), 60s

This is undoubtedly one of today's highlights, the harem ring made up of 5 different rings, firmly connected to each other via a mechanism on the back, and decorated solely and exclusively with opals. 
Rings of this type are characterized by the presence of not one but several rings (usually from 3 to 5, as in this case), all joined together
on the back via central straps.
The beauty and charm of this genre is given not only by the effect obtained once worn, but by the perfect balance you have between the ability to identify each single ring but also to clearly visualize the unique ring that you come across create by joining them.
The quantity of opals that decorate the ring and the incredible variety of colors and different shades make it look like a magical ring, belonging to a fantastic creature or a mermaid. 
The ring is entirely in 14K yellow gold, and the opals are both oval cut and round cut, set in such a way as to create a perfect alternation and a symmetrical and uniform design.
The opals are for a total of approx. 1.50ct.
