Vintage necklace with 10K yellow gold chain and 9K yellow and white gold pendant with sapphire (approx. 0.80ct) and diamond, 60s/70s

This vintage necklace is a concentration of elegance and simplicity, capable of giving your look an extra touch that will certainly not go unnoticed, and composed of a 10K yellow gold chain and a 9K yellow and white gold pendant. 
The shape of the latter is teardrop, even if the main stone that decorates it does not have this cut: it is in fact defined and made possible by the entire pendant, including the upper ring. Decorating it we find an oval cut sapphire, of a rather dark blue and estimated at approximately 0.80ct; at the top we find a diamond, huit-huit cut and inserted inside a white gold setting that wants to create the illusion that the stone is larger. 
The ring is double, therefore made up of two separate elements which give an even more luxurious appearance.
