Vintage 9K yellow gold ring with lava cameo, 40s

In this case the surface on which the sculpture was carved is that of lava, a perfect material for engraving and carving, with the characteristic that it will maintain the same color (unlike other materials suitable for carving); it can also be found in different colors and shades, in this case a light beige. 
The subject depicted is that of a girl, shown up to the waist up and with her head partly bent in profile. 
The cameo is set in a thin and smooth frame, while the shank is decorated on the shoulders in an incredible way. The entire setting is in 9K yellow gold.
