VINTAGE RING IN 14K GOLD WITH SAPPHIRES AND DIAMONDS, 50s / 60s
This 50s / 60s band ring is decorated with three rows of stones that run parallel and decorate the ring horizontally.
In all three rows we find the stones positioned "on a ladder", ie in which the central stone is flanked by others that are gradually placed lower and lower.
Specifically, in the center we have a row of brilliant-cut diamonds, flanked above and below by a row of round-cut sapphires; the central row is divided from the two lateral ones by a series of small gold rectangles, which not only act as a decorative element but also as a support for the diamonds, while the sapphires are held by jaws, also in yellow gold.
