Vintage 18K Gold Green Peridot Ring, 70s

In this vintage ring, made in the 70s, we find an important setting, which completely influences the whole jewel and its appearance. 
In fact, the ring has the typical structure of band rings, in which, however, we find that important thickness that characterizes them only in the front part.
And this is necessary in order to be able to accommodate the stone that decorates it, i.e. a peridot with a triangular cut and a wonderful apple green. The three sides of the stone are highlighted by a slightly protruding edge. 
The whole frame is in 18K yellow gold.
