Vintage 14K Yellow Gold Citrine Pendant Earrings (approx. 17ctw), 60s
Once you wear these earrings I assure you two things: first of all that you won't go unnoticed, and second that you won't want to take them off!
The first point is achieved thanks to the stones that decorate them: each earring is in fact decorated with a stupendous citrine quartz, in a color that tends towards yellow and with some more orange nuances; the final aspect is truly hypnotic and above all not so common to find. But we must also add what are the carats of these stones, being the estimated total of about 17ct, and therefore each stone of about 8.50ct!
The second point is made possible by the chosen setting, in 14K yellow gold, very classic and absolutely essential, perfect for firmly supporting the stones, with a series of long claws that give life to an open structure that leaves the gems free; but also by the type of closure, a bolt, one of the most comfortable that can be found, and in this case rather long, thus allowing the earrings to be slightly dangling.
