Antique style vintage ring in 18K gold and silver with sapphire and rubies
If at first glance you thought that this ring is a jewel of the early '900, do not worry, because what you see is one of the most successful examples of jewelry made in the antique style!
It is in fact a vintage piece that was inspired and that so wanted to imitate the style of the rings of the early twentieth century, succeeding in a more than sublime way.
The frame has a distinct oval shape, which characterizes the whole central part.
A yellow gold frame, decorated on the entire circumference with engraved cuts, firmly holds a wonderful synthetic sapphire: of oval cut, it is of a blue-violet color that makes you literally enchanted to stare at it, trying to grasp all its infinite shades .
Surrounding the stone we find an outermost contour, entirely in silver and decorated with floral elements made with openwork; to further decorate it we find round cut synthetic rubies, held by yellow gold settings and positioned at regular intervals from each other.
The outer edge, which extends up to the two shoulders, is also decorated with cuts engraved along the entire surface.
The shoulders, divided in two, are further embellished with a silver leaf and placed in the middle.
The shoulders, the outer edge and all the rest of the frame of the central part are made of 18K yellow gold.
