Vintage 14K gold navette ring with diamonds and purple sapphire, 60s / 70s

This ring is a beautiful example of a vintage shuttle ring, and is therefore characterized by elongated lines and used precisely to make fingers look longer.
At the center of this ring we find a purple sapphire, flanked by two huit-huit-cut diamonds and surrounded by a gold outline, which appears to be almost a string twisted around the main stone and continuing into the stem.
The ring is 14K gold and dates back to the 60s.
NB: The ring is a single ring; the photos represent two single and separate rings characterized by the same frame, but they are (in fact) two separate rings. 
The price therefore refers to the ring with the purple sapphire.
